Catchin'
the Babies opens a rare window onto early American pioneer
life, as seen through the eyes of a half-Cherokee midwife. Get
your chores done and drop by the cabin for a spell. You won't
believe what the neighbors have been up to!
We are pleased that
Catchin' the Babies
by Susan Gilbert has been selected
as our
AACTFEST Competition entry this year. We have watched this play take form from
a short New Play in 2004 through its inaugural performance this
past fall.
We are proud to have Ms. Gilbert and her amazing play
represent City Circle and Coralville in this state-wide event!
