As part of our off-kilter holiday series
that previously featured The
Santaland
Diaries and Mrs. Bob Cratchet's
Wild Christmas Binge, Fully Committed tells the story of a
struggling actor attempting to get time off from his job as the
reservations telephone clerk at a trendy big city restaurant to visit
his father for the holidays.
In addition to this role, Mr.
Budd will play
the entire cast of over 20 characters including the restaurant staff,
Maitre d', chef, owner, several co-workers, and over a dozen callers,
including Naomi Campbell's assistant.
Hysterical fun with more than
a few
twists, this play delivers just the right blend of heart-warmth and
cold reality.
